Your Zedu workspace,as a building you can walk into.
Teams become floors, channels become rooms, and everyone is where their status says they are. See who's around, call them, or invite them over.
Every part of Zedu has a place.Point at one to find it.
A floor is a group. Its channels are the rooms. A direct message is someone's office. Rooms that aren't channels, like the kitchen, are just part of the building.
Four ways to reach someone.Pick the one that costs them least.
A message arrives instantly. A call keeps everyone where they are. Invite people over, or walk over yourself. However you start, it stays one conversation.
Notifications that knowwhen to wait.
- Only what needs you pops up. A message to you, a call, a meeting starting. Everything else goes quietly to the activity log.
- Answer from the card. Reply, take the call or join the meeting without leaving what you're doing.
- Do not disturb holds everything. Your blinds go down, calls are declined, and you get one summary when you're back.

Kemi's message and a missed call from Bisi. Nothing pops up until you switch back.
Got questions? Here's what people ask first.
Is this connected to our Zedu workspace?
Not yet. The prototype runs on sample data: 42 people across 10 floors. The next step is generating floors from your groups and rooms from your channels.
Can people see what I'm doing?
They see your presence: active, away, do not disturb, offsite or offline. Activity like "On a call with Kemi" shows only if you share it. You can keep it to presence only.
What about private channels?
If you're a member, the room looks normal. If not, it's frosted: you can see it's in use, but not who's inside or what's said.
Does it replace the chat?
No. Messages still land in Zedu instantly. The building is a way to see who's around and pick the right way to reach them.
Does it work on my phone?
The office view is built for computers and tablets. On a phone, you keep using the regular Zedu app.
How do I test it properly?
Open the prototype and press Tests. Twenty-one scripted scenarios play out in front of you and tick off what they check. The guide explains each one.
